One user cannot see ALL Planned Orders

Summary:

All the users can see ALL the Planned Orders in the Plan Horizon in the Page: Supplies and Demands in Supply Plan. Only one users has an issue where he can see the Planned Orders till only 2 months even when he has not put the 'Within 60 days' condition while doing the search.

I tried logging in with the credentials of that user. Surprisingly, I can see ALL the planned orders. We tried clearing Cache for the browser, tried the same in different browsers like Chrome and Firefox, the results are still the same.

Can anyone suggest any potential reason behind this or a way to resolve it?
