Free text field for Ethnicity

Summary:

I've been asked if a free text field can be enabled that will sit underneath the seeded Ethnicity field on the Personal Details page. The business does not like the current DFF I've built that I can only display under the section that contains all the seeded fields.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Three questions.

First - someone on customer connect asked what the Ethnicity free text field was for. I cannot see such a field or see where I could enable it if it still exists.

Second - Ethnicity Attributes on the Demographic Info ( Page Attributes) on the HCM Experience Studio Design Personal Details page provides for the selection of a Flexfield Context Code and Flexfield Attribute. Could I use this to create a free text field and if so, how do I do it?
