Summary:

We are working on a campaign to collect emergency contact details of employees. In testing we found that if an employee had listed one of the co-worker as a contact and also as an emergency contact, they are unable to edit any information for them. Since we need to capture the phone number of the emergency contact of the employee, we are unable to do so. It allows to update the phone numbers for contacts that are not either an active employee or an ex-employee. Is there a way we could bypass this validation and allow employees to update phone
