Hide Certain Phone Types using EL

Summary:

Hi - We have a number of phone types that we are looking to inactivate going forward. However, they still appear on the person's contact information if they were entered prior to the inactivation. Wondering if there is a way to hide anything other than Primary Work and Primary Cell Phone using Expression Language. I found this post on My Oracle Support which is similar but I would need the correct EL and also which component to put it on in the structure as it is not clear from this post
