Can the Grades section on the Duplicate Position screen be made mandatory?

When we try to duplicate a position, the Grade field is present in another section Known as Grades.

It is possible to make the Grade field mandatory.

If the user expands the Grades section and no grade data is provided on submitting the position, the following error message will be triggered.

However, if the user does not expand the Grades section and submits the position, new positions will be created without grade.

Is it possible to make the Grades section mandatory on the Duplicate Position Screen?
