Reverse Termination logic failing through Advance Mode

Summary:

We are trying to make approval rule for reverse termination where the condition is that only Talent Management Specailist or Site HR can initiate this transaction. We were trying to do this via transaction console > approval rules but we were getting error and the diagnostic suggested to use advanced mode.

We are trying to create this through advance mode but still facing some challenges. If someone faced this issue, please help.
