Benefit Location Code disappearing upon employee transfer.
Summary:
Upon successfully completing an employee local and global transfer process, the benefit location code of an employee is disappearing from the employee info section. We have also entered the Benefit Location Code before submitting the process, but it has turned out blank on the Employee Info page. What could be the reason for this and how can we possibly fix this issue aside from just manually updating the BLCs? Thank you.
