Hiring manager changes in Hiring team

When create an offer for a candidate, in the hiring team section there is a different person that the one who creates the job requisition. serching the person in the HCM, this person seem to be the new line manager, is it possible to maintain in the job offer hiring team the same hiring manager who raised the job requisition?
