Sending Termination of employee, for other integrations, without proof on screen in HCM

We have a process that as soon as the employee is terminated, there are integrations that receive the termination,
for the employee this information was sent to another system but the employee is active. Do we have HCM LOG, table or report to analyze if there was any action within HCM? Because on the history screen or on the console we don't find anything about shutdown. Just a recent promotion.
