New Responsibility Type not showing in Create Responsibility page

Summary:

We have created a new Responsibility Type via "Manage Common Lookups", PER_RESPONSIBILITY_TYPES, saved and exited. However, on "Create Responsibility" screen, the new type is not showing in the Responsibility Type drop down menu. Is there some refresh process or another step that we are missing that would make the new type show up?
