Can Duplicate check be automated while moving to HR

Summary:

Hi,

The user can forget to apply dupe check in ORC level and continues the processes till candidate accepted the offer.

When recruiter fills the NID and DOB and proceeds for Move to HR, is there any setup to activate the dupe check pop-up at that level.
