Need help on the Attrition % formula

Summary:

I am trying to create an analysis where I have to show Attrition % for month which can be calculated as (No.
of vol terms in that month / Active headcount in that month).

I have attached the analysis that I created but it is not giving me correct results.

Please help me out what I am missing in this analysis so that I can follow the right approach and solution.
