Person Spotlight Preferences

Summary:

When preferred columns are selected on the Person Spotlight screen (shown in the screenshot) the changes don't "stick" through login sessions. When users log out and back in they have to re-add the column preferences. Has anyone found a way to configure this differently so that 1 either we change the columns that automatically display for users and/or 2 Change the preferred columns that users select to not change in between login sessions.
