How to create report of Payroll check numbers with employee name and address

We have a requirement to provide list of payroll checks with check date, amount, employee name, employee address.

If it can be done using "Analysis", please advise on Subject Areas & other specifics.

If a sql report is needed, what table(s)/column(s) are the check numbers/amounts/dates in?
