Emails go out from system to candidate email address even though we have suppressed notifications

Summary:

Emails go out from the system to the candidate's email address even though we have suppressed notifications.

We have turned off the notifications from the BPM worklist ( we selected None) and we have added Test notification email address also.

We have created one custom notification in the recruiting content library and we have tagged that notification to the candidate selection process, once the candidate met the particular state then the notification needs to be triggered.

For triggering the notification we run the " Send Job Application Notification" process.

We want to know why the candidate notifications are going to candidate's email address even though we have suppressed the notifications.
