Edit Expected Training Hours for Record External Learning

Hello,

Our customer has requested to change the number of digits allowed when inserting the Expected Training Hours. As per current configuration, people can insert more than 2 digits (e.g., 120,5), they want to change it into 2 digits only. Is it possible to do it? I tried with VBS but it looks like the field cannot be edited.
