Topics this month included version 24C documentation & features, along with a dive into Oracle Events for Recruiting. The benefits of being able to orchestrate events from within the Oracle Recruiting solution can provide huge benefit over third-party integrated software. We also talked about the impending elimination of Non-Compete Agreements by the FTC, effective 9/4/24. There is a notification requirement so plan now for the necessary actions that need to be taken. The presentation is attached below.
