Wrong legislative value for ethnicity lookup pulling into Diversity block on job application flow

Summary:

On the external career website, one of the BR values for lookup PER_ETHNICITY is pulling into the Diversity block on the job application flow. All the seeded ethnicities are enabled for PER_ETHNICITY, but only US values are pulling into the Diversity block except this one (BR). I checked with our Core HR team and it is not pulling in the ESS list (only US values). There is not a way to change the display values on Job Apply Flow Configuration page, how do I contextualize this list? Customer only wants to see US values as this is a US apply
