Not able to see prerequisites and learning outcomes as learner

Summary:

Hi all,

we created a custom role for employees, but it is not able to see the prerequisites and learning outcomes in the catalog course information; from Me > Learning > Search tab > Couse > Learn more. The standard employee can see them, as shown in the screens below.

What roles/privileges should I add to make them visible?
