Change time-zone value on Create interview page in Recruiting

Summary: We have requirement where we want to change the time-zone value of a country on create interview page. currently the time zone value for country shown under timezone drop down list is UTC+06:00 but we want to modify it to UTC+05:00. how can this be achieved. plz suggest.
