Notification for creation a legal employer/department

Hello everyone,
we are configuring the processes guided through the Journeys for the execution of some organizational creation/change activities on the core HR side.
Therefore we would need to create a custom notification scheduled daily or weekly which, following a creation/modification of the company or the department, is sent to all the "HR managers" (custom role) of the company of the person submitting the request.
Do you have any examples or have you ever found yourself in this situation? How did you handle it?
