FYI Template shows blank

Hi Experts!,

We recently have encountered an issue where the FYI notification triggers blank values for an employee. FYI triggered for 2, but only for them it triggered vacant/blank values. The user (to whom the FYI is triggered) is hired as of 3/4/2024 and transaction is done as of 06/10/2024. I tried replicating the same scenario in test instance and there it fetched me with all the details. REFRESH TIME profile options are kept as 1440 in both test and prod, and the roles allotted are same and the scheduled processes 'Import User…and Send Pending LDAP' are scheduled as well in prod.
