hide email address on refer an employee page

hide email address on refer an employee page

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

on the redwood refer an employee page when you type in the name of the employee its displaying Name, Job Title and Email.

we dont want to display the email address and need to hide this. I cant see any way of doing this in visual builder?

it also doesn't match our oracle search setup in search configuration?

any ideas or solutions are welcome
