Privileges Required to edit own address, email, and phone number under contact info

Summary:

We are currently trying to make an employee role for a certain subset of employees. I need to edit this role to allow them to be able to edit their own address, email, and phone number under Personal Information → Contact Info. I am having trouble identifiying the proper roles and/or privileges that would be necessary for this to take effect. If anyone can help me identify these roles, i'd be greatly appreciative.
