I have added the correct privileges to the user, based on Oracle documentation. By all accounts, this should allow the user to choose Position or Template as the Use field in Create a Job Requisition.

I have added the below privileges to the role that is attached to the user. By all accounts, this should allow the user to choose Position or Template as the Use field in Create a Job Requisition.

I ran the Import User and Role process and the Retrieve LDAP process. The Use field is still greyed out.
