Disable editing of personal data on the Job Application page

I need to remove access to edit and add the candidate's personal data on the Job Application page.

I tried removing the privileges below, but to no avail:
Create or Update Candidate
Update Candidate Job Application
Create or Update Candidate
Access Recruiting Activity Center

I tried to make a page composer to disable the add and edit button, but it is not enabled, as shown in the attached print.

Has anyone been through this and can help?
