Error popup for Promote tab under my client group by navigating to Show More > Promote

Summary: We are encountering an issue. When I attempt to promote an employee from my client group by navigating to "Show More" > "Promote," and after entering all the details and submitting, the following errors appear.

Is there any solution for these errors? I have attached a screenshot for reference.
