Error when trying to disable feedback expiration alert - IRC_Feedbk_Request_Expired_Requestor

Summary:

I get the error shown in screenshot when I try to disable an event alert - IRC_Feedbk_Request_Expired_Requestor.
I change the enable flag to 'No' and when I try to save and close the error pops out.
