Is there any possibility to restrict the Recruiting document type to one country?

Summary:Is there any possibility to restrict the Recruiting document type to one country?

My client is having requireemnt, only India wants to store all supporting documents to DoR of person Record. All the remaining countriesdon't want these documents in person DoR.

FYI: I tried to create custom Recruiting document type only for India,by duplicating teh existing one. But the supporting documents are not trasferred to person DoR in this case.
