Hi,

we configured an observation list. Our goal is to send the observation checklist questionnaire to the observer, when all the other activities are completed. Furthermore we would like to set a scheduling to send the checklist; in other words we would like that the observe receives the observation checklist after a period (for instance 3 months) the completion of the other activities included in the offering.

Hoping someone has some suggestions.
