Deep link to Redwood Org Chart

Summary:

Customer would like to have a link on Home page which opens the Redwood Org Chart for the logged in user (currently opens from Connections page). This is to replace the My Organization Chart link that takes to the older UI. Please could someone guide as to the best way to create this link in the Structure?
