Manage Document Records approval rule was modified as a different approval routing is required. However, the seeded rule is still being satisfied

The seeded approval rule for documents needing approvals (which routes to the line manager) was updated to exclude the custom DORs and 2 custom rules were created for the custom DORs as the approval routing is different. However, the same seeded approval rule is still the one getting evaluated by the system
