Task keeps sending notification to INITIATOR even that is removed from the NOTIFICATIONS

Summary:

We are using approval rules to send a notification to a mailbox when a new document of record is created

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We have repurposed the Manage Document Records approval workflow to send a notification to an specific mailbox. This means that the workflow now just sends an FYI notification to the assignees and after that it is auto approve.

We have removed the INITIATOR from the notifications tab as you can see in the picture below, but despite that, the Initiator keeps receiving a notification after the process is completed.

Is there any place that I'm missing to disable the notifications to the Initiator?
