How to hide a particular value in Language field using any personalization's?

Hello Team,

We have an requirement with the language field to hide one particular language named: 'Burmese' in Person Management Page.

Navigation: My Client Groups: Person Mangement: Person: Under Biographical Info: Correspondence Language.

Please help us with the above requirement using any personalization.
