Issues with Field Values on Redwood Jobs Page

Hi Team,

After converting our jobs page to a Redwood page, we have encountered an issue with the Management Level field. We can see the Management Level field value when opening a job, but when we try to correct the record, the field becomes blank. Even after selecting a value, it still displays as blank.

In update mode, we are facing the same issue with a few other fields such as Status, Job Family, and Management Level. These fields also become blank and do not retain the selected values upon trying to update the records
