How to see frequency reports by a timeframe shorter than Time Span (Months)

regarding the OOTB frequency report by Time Span (Months) - is there any other time span we can use….for example, if i want to see days or Weeks. It would be ideal to see how many contacts are getting "x" amount of emails per day, week, etc..
