View Person Citizenship - giving access to Edit/Delete Citizenship Information

Summary:

View Person Citizenship(ORA_PER_PERSON_CITIZENSHIP_VIEW_DUTY) duty role has Manage Person Citizenship(PER_MANAGE_PERSON_CITIZENSHIP_PRIV). We wanted the Citizenship to be available for employee to view not to edit of delete.

is this how this role built? or do we have any Read Only role as well? Which I am unable to locate in the Security Console.
