Defaulting screening services by using AutoComplete

Summary:

We have requirement to default screening service pages when creating new Requisitions.

I know we can set this in Job template and use it to default on Requisitions. This is not a good option for us as we have many Job descriptions.

I am trying to see if I can use Autocomplete rules by checking BU, Grade and Location.

Please let me know if any one successfully used Autocomplete to default the screening services package names.
