Notice period in termination process

Dear Team,

Here we need to configure the ‘notice period’ field in employee termination process. Additionally we need to add a validation method to check the fulfillment of employee’s notice period.

Example - A employee’s notice period is 3 months. But the employee has not been notified his termination in the particular notice period. Therefore we need a validation to check the provided notice period for the particular employee. Appreciate your support on this requirement.
