Can we add validation in manager search in Change manager ?

Summary:

Hi team,

There is a requirement where in Manager search must have validation on the basis of Employee's Grade/Level for who the manager has to be changed.

Example: If we search the manager in Change manager section, manager who are above the employee's Grade/Level must come(For whom we are changing the manager). Please let me know.
