Eligible Jobs without Manual Rate and Frequency

Hello!

We want to start using Eligible Jobs to store additional job assignments info for employees. We need to pick jobs from both Derived and Manual relief type and for both types we need to enter only job name, start and end date. How is it possible to enter Manual relief type without entering values for Manual Rate and Frequency?

They are not marked as required fields, but after hiding them in Transactional Design Studio, it's not be possible to submit data:

Checked also possibility to assign default values using Page Composer, but it didn't work as well. Any good suggestions are welcome.
