How to add the Date in the Carrier site

Summary:

Hi Team,

We are using ORC in the Talent profile section we have a section called Experience, where employees add his/her previous job details including his/her last working date.

Currently, the carrier site can only enter month and Year (MM/YYYY) as you can see in the attached image.

We are looking for adding Date also. We are facing issue by default it is taking 1st or last date of the month as Date.
