Is there a way to see all of the HR/Pay transactions that was done on an employee?

The Audit Reports provide details on what transactions a user performed, but that is not what we are looking for.

We need to see the history of all transactions performed on them by multiple HR or Payroll representatives before they were terminated.

Do we have a way to do that without creating a custom report?
