Position Management - Control positions-Hiring Manager based on Business unit+Department

Summary:

Hi,

We are unable to control Hiring managers from viewing Positions across all Business Units. HMs are expected to view all requisitions and we tried to control through BU and Department security. At the time of creating Requisitions, HMs are able to view entire list of Positions across Business units and specific to a Department.

For example:- Business unit opted is "Retail", the expectation is HM should view Requisitions appearing against BU- Retail and respective Department.
Do we have the feasibility to control the Positions?
