Internal candidate job application : QuestionnaireParticipant and question-answers load through HDL

Summary:

I have loaded the Candidate Job Application for Internal Candidates through HDL. But not able to load prescreening questions. I get error as The Value Of The Attribute QuestionnaireId Isn't Valid

Does anyone have an HDL template to load Candidate prescreening QuestionnaireParticipant and its question-answers. I have already checked below article:
