Can we apply alternate colors in the Career site job list

Summary:

Hi,

The requirement is to apply two different colors at the alternative job list in career site.

Current scenario is the color is applied throughout this section, and when we put the cursor on particular job , it's reflecting as White.

Please let me know how to achieve this if it is feasible.
