As stated in the question title: Is it possible to encrypt BIP report with PBE HMAC-SHA256-512 and AES-256 or PBE with MD5 and DES?

We know that PGP Encryption is possible when scheduling a BIP Report to a FTP Server.

We were wondering how to encrypt with different algorithm.
