Hiding Non-Emergency Contacts from Manager Login Using HDL

Summary:

Hi Team,

We have a requirement to display only emergency contacts as "Yes" contacts and to hide non-emergency contacts from the manager login . In an attempt to achieve this, I used the HDL, While the data is loading successfully and from the UI Admin login displaying the effective end date value correctly, from the manager's login, it is still displaying the end dated contact data as follows.

Could you please confirm if it is possible to achieve this requirement through HDL? If yes, any guidance or steps to correct the current display issue would be greatly appreciated.
