How to run HCM Worker Extract via API?

Summary:

We need to extract all workers frequently because there are numerous changes. We can not use the Worker REST API's as the extract takes way too long. The Worker Extract is performant and we need to use it to extract all the users at least once a day. We want to automate the process and want to confirm the appropriate services/API's we can use for this purpose?
