How can I removed a duplicate hire row that is only visible in the view history

Summary:

I have a recent new hire in Oracle with two hire rows. The correct hire effective date is 6/21/24. The 6/24/24 effective dated "entry" shows up in the view history on the employment page. It can not be selected to view, therefore it can not be deleted. An attempt to load a Worker.dat HDL load to delete the row and was unsuccessful. This attempt was made in Dev3 as it had bee recently cloned. I ran the Master Report - Person Diagnostic and found there are no corrupted records. How can we get the 6/24/24 entry removed?
